Our story

Built for the supply chains the world depends on

Traceage is a technology company building end-to-end traceability and multi-framework regulatory compliance into a single platform — so the businesses that feed, treat, and equip the world can prove it.

Our mission

To make compliance a by-product of doing business well, not a parallel burden. Every batch tracked, every framework mapped, every recall answerable in seconds.

Regulated supply chains run on trust, but trust without evidence is just hope. Traceage turns the everyday events of a supply chain — a scan, a sensor reading, a transfer — into a verifiable record that satisfies 80+ regulatory frameworks at once. One platform. Mapped once. Cited everywhere.

What we value

The principles behind the platform

Six commitments that shape what we build and how we build it.

Verifiable over plausible

We ship evidence, not assurances. Every claim in the platform traces back to a cryptographically ordered event — no edits, no overwrites.

Built for the regulated edge

We design for the audit, the recall, and the border hold — the moments where "good enough" quietly fails.

Speed is a safety feature

A recall that takes days is a recall that failed. We measure response in seconds and design every workflow to keep it there.

One system, no silos

Map a control once, cite it across every framework that asks. We refuse to make customers maintain parallel paperwork.

Rooted in Accra, built for the world

Born in Accra, headquartered in Canada — a global company shipping to regulated supply chains on equal footing with anyone, anywhere.

Earn trust continuously

Compliance is not a certificate on a wall, and neither is our relationship with customers. Both are renewed every single day.

Leadership

Team behind Traceage

Traceage is run by its four founders. Headquartered in Canada, rooted in Accra, built for the regulated supply chains the world depends on.

Strategy

Sets the direction: market strategy, partnerships, and the promise Traceage makes to regulated industries.

Operations

Keeps the promise: delivery, customer operations, and the response when a regulator sets the clock.

Finance

Funds the mission: pricing that survives procurement review, and the runway to hold records long after the audit that needed them.

Engineering

Builds the proof: the event spine, the compliance engine, and the security that carries them.

Four seats, no handoffs. Bring us a problem and you reach the people who decide what happens next.

We build for the people who carry the consequence — the quality, compliance, and operations leads across food, pharma, cosmetics, medical devices and beyond, and the regulators and auditors who hold them to account. If your supply chain has to prove itself, it's built for you.

Our journey

Where we are on the journey

  1. August 2024

    Traceage Ltd is incorporated

Founded in Accra, Ghana by four co-founders united around one conviction: regulated supply chains deserve software built for the audit, not bolted on after it.

  2. H1 2025

    From hypothesis to conviction

Months of customer research, framework analysis, and conversations with regulated operators across agric, food, pharma, medical devices, and mining. Came out the other side certain: the problem is real, the existing tools are fragmented, and the case for one platform is overwhelming.

  3. H2 2025

    Engineering begins

First commits on the event-driven microservices architecture — the single platform where traceability, compliance, surveillance, and transparency share infrastructure. Built so a control mapped once can be cited across every framework that asks.

  4. April 2026

    A global footprint takes shape

Traceage incorporates in Ontario, Canada and moves its headquarters to North America — while a European representation entity prepares to open in Valletta, Malta. One company, three continents, before general availability.

  5. June 2026

    Private beta opens

First customers onboard. Real batches, real audits, real recall drills — Traceage tested in the conditions it was built for, with hand-picked pilot partners across regulated industries.

  6. Next

    General availability, anywhere

Private beta proves the platform across multiple continents — Africa, the Americas, and Europe, so GA opens to every regulated supply chain that needs it, anywhere it operates.
