From cloud-native pub/sub to long-range low-power radio to industrial fieldbus — every protocol lands in the same normalised event schema.

MQTT

The default pub/sub protocol for IoT brokers. Direct ingest from any MQTT 3.1.1 or 5.0 broker with TLS, retained messages, and QoS 0/1/2 support.

HTTP / REST

Push-style ingest for gateways and devices that prefer request/response. JSON or structured payloads, with built-in retry and idempotency keys.

CoAP

Lightweight UDP-based ingest for constrained devices. Ideal for low-power sensors that can't afford full TCP stacks.

LoRaWAN / BLE

Long-range, low-power wireless protocols. Native gateway integrations and BLE beacon ingestion for site-level asset tracking.

Modbus TCP
